This hands-on session will cover the basics of Synergetic, things all users need to be familiar with, no matter which modules they usually work in. Features covered are common across all Synergetic modules.

- Personalise the size and layout of Synergetic windows and programs.
- Search for community members successfully.
- Search, preview and print Crystal Reports successfully.
- Export data from a Crystal Report into a document or spreadsheet.
- Customise and personalise the tab layout.
- Create, maintain and save/store tag lists.
- Use Synergetic grid functions:
- to copy grid contents to Excel
- to tag records in a grid
- email or SMS records in a grid
