How much does this cost?

SEQTA AI Assist for Lesson Planning is included as part of your SEQTA Teach subscription. Accessing this functionality will not require any further payment and you can enable SEQTA AI Assist today!

Our school is still reviewing our AI Policies. Do we have to use AI?

Absolutely not. Teachers can choose to create lesson plans manually as happens now. For schools, SEQTA AI Assist is an optional add-on and SEQTA Administrators can Enable or Disable this feature at any time.

Is SEQTA AI Assist safe to use?

SEQTA AI Assist does not communicate any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) with the AI components that create draft lesson plans. No details regarding students, teachers or the school are available to SEQTA AI Assist. The lesson drafts are created from information entered by the teacher only. The AI components cannot access or read any data inside SEQTA. To further protect the privacy of students and staff, it is important to never include any PII in the SEQTA AI Assist editable fields, such as Essential Learning or Additional Details.

Does SEQTA AI Assist help with anything other than lesson plans?

Not yet but the future is very exciting. Education Horizons will continue our research into where this type of capacity will be of most benefit to our schools. We are excited about adding further functionality in the future.
