Participate in our product research
What we do
What's the process?
- We start a project and determine what type of participants we need (such as teachers, school leaders, specialists and administration staff).
- You are selected and agree to participate.
- We send you some details to select the best date and time that works for you.
- In the lead-up to your session, we’ll send you more details on where to connect and join on a video link and ask you to read and agree to our privacy consent form.
- On the day, and at your allocated time, you join the session; we ask some questions, get you to look at a demo website and provide feedback.
- We take lots of notes.
- We’ll email you a link to access your Visa e-card within 1 – 2 business days after the session.
- We summarise all your feedback and pass it on (anonymously) to the Product team.
