The reporting system is fantastic. I like the fact that I can run my own query on it and get any data out. The Support Team have been great – if I’ve had a problem and logged it they’ve addressed it straight away and they are very responsive and receptive to new ideas that I’ve had.

How our school data is presented is quite unique, on the Engage portal – it’s so easy, it wiped out the need for the many reports we had to run manually in our previous system. You can re-arrange columns, show data and hide data – it’s so flexible that it was a leader by far compared to the other options that we considered.

There weren’t many systems that could offer what we wanted, suitable for the region, with appropriate support. Having seen the Engage demonstrations we felt our questions were answered.

The Engage user interface is excellent and has provided us with new functionality, particularly in the Parent Portal. Using Engage as our single source of truth we have been able to achieve consolidated data and reporting in a short timeframe, which gives us improved visibility of our schools’ performance.

Every time we have had a support request, the Engage support team has handled it very quickly for us, usually within two to three hours. They have been great at communicating with us about the priority level and whether a support request will require further development. We work well together and appreciate their efforts to quickly resolve the small issues we have had.

Everything is easier in Engage; we can plan activities with parents and it is a great way to engage with them. All communications are stored in the Engage system so it’s easy for staff to review what has been sent and received.
