Onboarding made easy
The Education Horizons onboarding and customer success teams have trained and supported the Al-Hidayah Islamic School’s staff throughout the implementation of Zunia and continue to do so.
Michelle from the onboarding team helped to migrate the school from its old systems to Zunia whilst also training the staff on how to use Zunia to get the best out of their system. Robert said, “Michelle was very patient, our team were comfortable and confident with her, and she taught us all we needed”.
Every school within the Education Horizons community is assigned a dedicated customer success manager (CSM) free of charge, who provides ongoing support and assistance to ensure that the school can fully utilise its school management system.
