Fettes College used AssetWhere to create a site map of the entire campus layout, buildings and services to aid facilities management and safety. Accurate fire evacuation maps for all areas of its complex grounds were also created, improving the safety of visitors, staff and its boarding students.

Kingsmead College is an independent girls school with approximately 900 students, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Unlike other schools in the region, it does not require students to pass an entrance exam for admission. Founded in the 1930s with the belief that every child has individual talents and there should be a place for anyone, Kingsmead accommodates students of all backgrounds from pre-primary through to year 12.

Hensman Street Elementary is a child led play-based education setting with playgroup, pre-kindergarten and pre-primary to year 3 based in Perth, Western Australia that has been operating since 1977.

Astra Academy International School in Bangkok, Thailand opened as a completely new school in October 2021. It progressed gradually due to health restrictions but now has around 80 students from Year 1 to Year 10 studying the English National Curriculum. With a strong focus on academics and sports, the school follows the UK based Cambridge curriculum. As an independent school, Arundel has unique requirements that a traditional school management system could not meet.

Beaconhills College in Victoria, Australia is an open-entry, co-educational college offering holistic education opportunities from Early Learning to Year 12. A better way to manage students’ special needs. The ability to quickly identify students’ medical conditions and special needs is among SEQTA’s most valuable features, according to teaching staff at Carmel School. SEQTA’s indicators and information-rich interfaces enable teachers, at a glance, to see if a child has a special condition and understand what is required to address it, should the need arise.

In searching for a Learning Management System, we looked at a range of different systems. It was obvious from the beginning that SEQTA was the standout product. When using the software, it is very evident SEQTA has been designed by educators for educators.

Yiyili were struggling with multiple systems and records in various places, lacked visibility for student attendance and needed a simpler way to submit compliance reports. As a result of this they identified the need for a flexible Student Information Platform that could provide one single source of truth for the school’s data. There were additional barriers to finding a Student Information Platform being a small remote school.
